IVF Lab. Personnel/Technologist- Riyadh

Job Summary:

(a) performing all daily IVF laboratory procedures; (b) conducting daily quality control/quality assurance in the laboratory; (c) assisting in data entry and preparing patient documents; (d) liaising with ART nurses; (e) sharing other laboratory duties with team members; (f) implementing other tasks as assigned by the supervisors. He/ She will work on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays, in the ART Laboratory at the Prince of Wales Hospital and other hospitals in Shatin. Applicants should have (i) Master’s degree in reproductive medicine or embryology in an appropriate field; (ii) at least 3 years’ substantial experience in Clinical Embryology and Andrology, of which at least 1 year should be at Medical Laboratory Technician I level; (iii) a Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by Saudi Commision for Health Specialties- Laboratory Technologists Board; (iv) experience in performing IVF procedures, such as IVF, ICSI and embryo biopsy; and (v) a record of active research in the field of IVF with publications. Having experience in both public and private IVF services would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Perform IVF and ICSI procedures, embryo assessments, and sperm preparation techniques. • Manage gamete and embryo freezing, thawing, and storage protocols. • Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and compliance with quality standards. • Ensure proper calibration, sterilization, and maintenance of lab equipment. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patient coordinators to support seamless treatment cycles.
